I manage and mentor staff, deliver high-impact projects, and build strong partnerships to expand reach and influence. Drawing on my experience working across clubs, festivals, and day events, I secure new business opportunities and produce work that creates meaningful creative and cultural impact.
As a Director at Elektrik Hive 24, I bring broad hands-on experience across the events industry, having worked on everything from clubs and festivals to large-scale corporate events. After years of organising and delivering events on the ground, I now work on the other side of the industry — connecting our clients with the right staff to ensure every event runs seamlessly. Alongside this, I oversee the full administrative and financial side of the business and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and remains fully compliant.
As Client & Compliance Manager at Elektrik Hive 24, my role is to support the directors in client engagement and securing new job opportunities, while ensuring a high standard of service delivery. I act as a key point of contact for clients and support the smooth operational running of events. As a Personal Licence Holder, I am able to operate events when required, ensuring full compliance with licensing and regulatory obligations.
